THIS EVENT HAS BEEN POSTPONED DUE TO COVID-19
Saturday 4th April: 10am – 4pm
“Knowing where we are” is a one day workshop of nature-based exploration into being, connection & purpose.
We will spend the day in a secluded woodland classroom, using the natural environment to explore how we relate and connect to the world around us, ourselves, others, and to our hopes and dreams.
The day will be led by Nick and Louise, qualified counsellors with a passion for connection to nature and meaning in life. During the workshop we will cover the following 4 themes, giving opportunity for personal development and reflection.
- Tea and homemade vegan biscuits will be provided throughout the day. Please bring a packed lunch or vegan/vegetarian food to share.
- We will be outside for the majority of the day so please wear suitable clothing and footwear for being in the woods.
- Steps Bank is not accessible for wheelchairs – please contact us if you have any queries about accessibility.
We have a number of “pay what you can afford” places available for people who are marginalised or disadvantaged by society. Please email Louise at email@example.com more information.
